RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

Returns Policy:

We accept returns within 14 days.  The buyer must inform Bundle of joy of any returns within the 14 days to be eligible for a refund before it is sent back to us. You will then be provided with a returns address.  Please do not return any items without contacting us first.

The buyer then has 14 days to return the item to us.

The buyer is responsible for the return delivery cost and any issues regarding lost return parcels will need to be raised with the delivery company, Bundle of joy is not responsible for lost parcels being returned to us, please ensure that you use the appropriate service to ensure that you are covered in this scenario.

All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with tags still attached.  If returns have been worn, washed or tags have been removed then you will not receive a refund.  If items are not returned in the same condition in which they are sold, they will be not be refunded.

Once the item has been returned, upon inspection, Bundle of joy will issue a refund within 3 working days.

If a return is over the 14 days, Bundle of joy can reject the return and ship the item back to you. 

Sale items are none refundable unless the item is faulty, in this event a credit note will be issued.

Please ensure ,before you place your order, that your delivery address is correct, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details entered are accurate.

If you find the details to be incorrect after your order is complete, please contact Bundle of joy ASAP.

In the event a customer has not entered their correct information and subsequently a parcel hasn’t been delivered, Bundle of joy are not responsible and the customer must contact the delivery company themselves to try to retrieve the parcel.
